How much does shipping cost? We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $30 AUD. For orders under $30, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Simply add your products to your cart and proceed to checkout to view the exact shipping cost before payment. Where do you deliver? We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping available to selected countries. Shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout. How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are: Australia: 3–10 business days International: 1–3 weeks (depending on destination) Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing, or peak shopping periods. Can I ship my order to multiple addresses? At this time, each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. If you'd like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. Do you deliver to PO Boxes? Yes! We can deliver to PO Boxes within Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
